The Solis S6-GU3P(275-350)K06-EV-ND is the flagship utility-scale string inverter for ground-mounted solar farms, in 275 kW and 350 kW models. Designed for 1500 V DC systems with a 480–1500 V MPPT range, it packs 6 MPPTs with up to 30 string inputs at 70 A/80 A per MPPT, supporting a DC/AC ratio above 150% and 182/210-series bifacial modules, with 800 V three-phase output.

It reaches 99.0% maximum efficiency and adds patented heat-transfer technology for 5% more continuous output at high temperature, 30 ms fast reactive power response that can replace an SVG, night-time SVG and integrated PID recovery. The IP66, C5-M anti-corrosion enclosure, intelligent string diagnostics with I-V scan, remote DC-switch release, 400 mm² aluminium AC cabling and optional PLC communication cut both risk and balance-of-system cost.
