The Solis S6-GR1P(0.7-3.6)K-M mini series covers seven single-phase grid-tied models from 0.7 to 3.6 kW, ideal for small residential rooftops. It accepts up to 550 V DC with a very low 60 V start-up voltage and a wide MPPT window (50–500 V), so production starts early in the morning and keeps going in weak light.

With up to 97.3% maximum efficiency, an IP66 enclosure, natural convection cooling and quiet operation below 20 dB(A), the S6 mini is a compact, fanless workhorse. It supports export power control, 24-hour load consumption monitoring, optional AFCI 2.0 arc-fault protection and RS485 communication with optional Wi-Fi or GPRS sticks for SolisCloud monitoring.
