The BPD series is INVT's compact outdoor solar pump drive: 0.75 to 5.5 kW in a fanless IP65 housing with natural cooling, mounted right at the wellhead with no cabinet needed. It drives single-phase 220 V and three-phase 220 V / 380 V asynchronous pump motors, with a PV window up to 450 VDC on single-phase models and 800 VDC on three-phase models, and 99% MPPT efficiency via a dynamic V-I algorithm.

AC versions accept a mains bypass input (single-phase 220–240 V or three-phase 380–440 V) to keep pumping when sunlight is weak. Protection covers soft start, over-voltage, over-current, overload, dry-run and a deceleration stop that avoids water hammer, with PV reverse-polarity warning and auto-derating on over-temperature. An optional GPRS module adds remote app monitoring; the drive operates from −25 to +60 °C and up to 3000 m altitude.
