The SI23 is Veichi's widest solar pumping range: from 0.75 kW up to 200 kW in listed models, across five voltage classes (110 V, single-phase 220 V, three-phase 220 V and 380–480 V), with maximum MPPT efficiency of 99.8% and PV input up to 780 VDC. AC/DC hybrid input switches to utility power automatically when PV output falls below the set threshold and back again when the sun recovers.

It drives asynchronous, permanent-magnet synchronous, synchronous-reluctance and single-phase pump motors, protected by twelve functions including dry-run, pump over-current, water-full stop, low frequency and sleep protection. The narrow book-style body saves mounting space, and an optional IoT module adds GPS positioning, Wi-Fi, offline data storage and remote real-time control with flow and generation statistics. Certified to CE, EN 61800/61000, IEC 61683 and IEC 62109-1/-2.
