Deye's 3PC/3SC series are DC solar submersible pumps for 3-inch (approx. 76 mm) boreholes, available in 750 W (1 HP) and 1500 W (2 HP) ratings. Driven directly by the PV array through Deye's DYF-900DC / DYD-1500DC MPPT controllers (max. 20 A input, IP65, LCD display with smart power meter), they reach heads up to 180 m or flows up to 4.8 m³/h depending on the model.

The permanent-magnet synchronous motor uses position-sensorless field-oriented control with SVPWM. Six protection functions — over/under-voltage, over-current, low speed, open phase, start operation and anti-reverse connection — plus DC reverse-polarity protection and full-tank auto-stop safeguard the installation. Impellers come in plastic (PC) or stainless-steel (SC) versions.
