Deye's 3-inch hybrid AC/DC submersible pumps run on solar PV and grid power together: the controller blends both sources automatically, with no manual switching, and keeps the pump running on as little as 1 W of solar input. Four models cover heads up to 195 m, with rating tables up to 5.4 m³/h.

The permanent-magnet synchronous motor uses sensorless field-oriented control with a built-in PV leakage-protection circuit. The Deye hybrid controller adds MPPT, digital active PFC, an LCD display, 4G connectivity and IP65 protection; six electrical protections plus dry-run stop and full-tank auto-stop are included, with RS485 communication.
