The PSk2 is LORENTZ's integrated solar pumping system for larger applications, with controllers from 7 to 100 kW driving three-phase 380 V AC motors on 6″ to 10″ multi-stage submersible or surface pumps in AISI 304 stainless steel. Submersibles work from depths of 200 m and surface systems deliver flows up to 457 m³/h — PSk2 installations serve as primary water supply for communities of up to 400,000 people.
SmartSolution hybrid technology (SmartPSUk2 with SmartStart) blends solar with grid or generator power seamlessly and automatically for 24-hour operation, with soft start and stepless motor speed control keeping generator sizing small. The IP54 controller reaches 98% efficiency with MPPT and active power management, PV input up to 850 VDC, and offers data logging, SunSensor, pressure/level/flow applications and pumpMANAGER cloud monitoring.
